Dr. Arindam Roy is a Assistant Professor & Head Department of Computer Science & Applications Prabhat Kumar College, Contai Affiliated to Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, India He received his Ph.D in Mathematics (Optimization problem using soft computing techniques) awarded in 2008 from Vidyasagar University. He is also qualified GATE, NET(CSIR) & SLET(WB). Dr.Bhupendra Gupta is a Professor in the Natural Sciences Department of PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing Jabalpur. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Statistics from Indian institute of Technology Kanpur in 2008, and earned his visiting scientist position in Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi center. Then worked as Assistant Professor in PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing Jabalpur, for 7 Years. He is having 12 Years of Experience in the field of random network his Area of Expertise includes: Image Processing and Computer Vision.

Dr. KV Yuen is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Macau. He received his Ph.D. Degree in System identification and control from the California Institute of Technology in 2002. Then worked as an assistant professor in the University of Macau for 4 Years. He is having 18Years of Experience in the field of system identification and vibration His Area of Expertise includes: Bayesian inference, system identification, vibration control, reliability analysis, model selection, and modeling of general dynamical systems. Professor Srivastava holds the position of a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Victoria in Canada. He joined the faculty there in 1969 [rest as Associate Professor (1969{1974) and then as Full Professor (1974{2006)]. Professor Srivastava has held numerous visiting positions including (for example) those at West Virginia University in U. S. A.(1967{1969), University Laval in Canada (1975), and the University of Glasgow in U. K.
