1 - Referencing Pattern has to be uniform.

2 - The name of the journal/ document is to be given in full (not in abbreviated form) and in italics.

3- Year, vol. no. issue no, and pages in the referencing sequence are to be separated by a period '.' , the issue number should be enclosed in circular brackets ‘( )’ and the pages are suffixed by letter ' p.' .

4 - In documents of single authorship, in the name of author, the surname comes first and the fore - name later (in abbreviated forms of fore- names, after each letter a period is given , in cases of joint authorship the author’s names are separated by connector ‘and’, and in multiple authorships, where the number of authors are more than 2, only the name of first author is given, and it is followed by ‘et al.’
