A facial skin condition evaluation system is described in this paper to make the users know their facial skin condition. Different kinds of texture features are calculated from the facial skin image. The contrast, deviation information, entropy and energy are calculated from the gray and blue parts of the image. The classified results are then compared with the cosmetician's results. A group of 10 facial images has been tested under the experiments and then calculated results are compared with the cosmetician's results.
