In the present scenario, increasing use of fossil fuels for mass energy production leads to increased CO2 emissions and can lead to climatic changes at global level. In order to reduce the emissions, a gradual shift towards renewable sources is going on. In India, 1.6% of total energy is produced by using WTG’s. Major source of energy depends on blade surface and shape. It also depends on air flow pattern.
