Comparative Study of Schedule Analysis Using Earned Value and Earned Schedule Methods on Two Distinct Construction Projects

Аннотация

This paper focuses on how Earned Value (EV) and Earned Schedule (ES) is used for schedule analysis to monitor the progress and forecast important information in schedule; well before it is too late to make any corrective changes. Two case studies are adopted here. Using Earned Value, its monthly performance is computed along with project completion date is forecasted.
