Abstract

There are billion or trillion numbers of web pages present on the World Wide Web and it is the work of a search engine to search the most important pages which contain more relevant information. A search engine uses some techniques to achieve these goals and one of these techniques is page rank. This paper proposed a system which calculates the page rank by considering the outbound links of a page. The proposed system is compared with the existing system on the basis of page rank.
