Abstract

Location based services (LBS) play a vital role in the real world. It is true in the world now as there are technology innovations and the need for providing services to public. In case of LBS applications, the users are supposed to provide their location information, which is sensitive for many reasons. In addition to this with respect to transport LBS, there might be number of queries. Providing accurate results is essential. In this paper, we explore the LBS with accuracy of query results. We implement a novel approach, which makes use of route APIs that can leverage responsiveness and efficient query processing. We built a prototype application to demonstrate the proof of concept. Our empirical results were showing better performance. Cite this Article  Raju Dara, Kiran Kumar Chennugani.
