This research work deals with the experimental and finite element analysis of the perforated sheet bending process of stainless steel and aluminium material. Several experiments were performed to investigate the effects of above described variable on stress and load displacement graphs for the tested and simulated components. On the basis of different simulations being carried out with different combinations of material, shape and shape of perforations; the stress analysis was investigated in the research work. This research work also validates the experimental and simulated results which are almost same and confirmed from the graphs plotted for the same.Cite this Article Kothari Kartik D, Jhala RL.
