Аннотация

The Environmental management is a rigorous exercise involving continual practicing of ideal quality. Towards planning and improvement, be it processes, systems, or works. With intuition one can work one’s way through complicated maps, making them simple, provided ‘ideal’ objectives are holistically chased. This paper showed a way as to how using the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001:  2008 standard greening environment is extrapolated. One has to extend the initiatives with a culture and a commitment to the ecology. QMS is one tool which ensures the schema of process quality management is ensured, provided the commitment from the top is assured. A green process at the behest of green ink. The objectives can be facilitated by being holean (holistic + lean within a holy process incubation). In terms of management systems requirements the need for quality assurance encompasses continual interventions for Safety in the processes, preservation of Health, and Environment, and assurance of Quality. The people deserve a thorough SHEQ-out for implementing 4i’s  systemically. The premise needs to be a holistic Quality conscientiousness. The Quality however is of no significance, if the business processes are not sustainable. Thus SHEQ must be followed by accent on productivity, Delivery, Costs and Motivation of People. The gross implementation of which all is channelized by the ISO 9000 QMS system model. This paper discusses the various requirements of model applicable to any process, and builds up a conceptual process of people’s alignment, enhancement of competencies by Utilization, and motivation to transform for breakthrough improvement. How the salient are maximized for use are explored in this paper. Keywords: Safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ), ideal furnace, AUM TQM model, ISO 9001:  2008 standard
