Résumé

Ralstonia eutropha can grow autotrophically and are capable of consuming carbon from the environmental carbon dioxide via chemolithoautotrophic metabolic pathway. The optimum growth of the organisms was obtained at 30 0C, pH 6.5 and 7 days. 93% of carbon consumption was obtained after 192 hours at 30 0C.Keywords: Chemolithoautotrophy, Carbon consumption, R. eutropha, Polyhydroxybutyrates.
