Abstract

Health sector is a sector of reforms. public-private partnership (PPP) is one such reform that had started in view to lower down the increasing cost of health care by involving private organizations and institutes. It pools the resources from public and private health organizations in order to provide the quality health services to mankind. The success of PPP depends upon the understanding between these organizations and the sincere efforts by the health care team. Nurses being a part of health care team play a very important role in implementing the PPP. They are the direct care providers and implement PPP at the grass roots level.
