As the world power utilization quickly increments with populace development, new power era limits are obliged to cover that request. So there is requirement for force era utilizing renewable sources. Henceforth photovoltaic system is actualized to tie with the force framework. Keeping in mind the end goal to concentrate greatest force yield from PV framework proficiently, MPPT system is used. A DC-DC converter utilizes voltage source inverter which is controlled utilizing synchronous d-q reference edge to infuse a controlled present into the matrix and Phase Locked Loop (PLL) and is utilized as a part of controller to bolt network recurrence and stage. The characteristic of solar photovoltaic cell is such that it has a point on curve which corresponds to maximum power. So it becomes necessary to design a controller which not only converts DC power of solar to AC but also converts peak power. PV model is coupled to a DC-DC booster (step up converter). By manipulating the duty cycle of the DC-DC booster the system implements two of the most popular incremental conductance MPPT methods to extract maximum power. This work demonstrates a method that can be used for transferring solar energy into the grid. This consists of designing of line commutated inverter and PI controller.
