Determining Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Growth in Tribal Areas (A Case Study of Tribal District Dhar)
Abstract
India is a land of villages and its true spirit lives in rural areas .Rural entrepreneurial plays an important role in creating employment in rural economy .An attempt has been made to analyse some of the significant factors of rural entrepreneurship. The study was conducted in tribal dominated Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh .six of the important factors influencing the growth of rural tribal entrepreneurs have been studied in four development blocks namely Kukshi, Dahi, Bagh and Sardarpur ,based on a list of questionnaire, with random sampling and on the basis of obtained data The hypothesis has proposed that the determining factors significantly affect the growth of rural entrepreneur. The study has been taken into account the census 80 of so regarding rural tribal entrepreneurs currently active in agriculture, small business and tiny manufacturing units. The results revealed that factors such as risk bearing, training and education, favorable economy and soco-cultural value accepted for major determining factors influencing rural entrepreneur’s growth.Keyword: Tribal area, entrepreneur’s growthFascicolo
