Аннотация

Switched Capacitor (SC) circuit replaces a resistor with switches and capacitors. Authors have discussed use of MOSFET as a switch. The different problems related to MOSFET as a switch are also included with solution and simulations are done in 180nm technology.  Keywords: SC Circuit, MOSFET, Ron, Vin, Vthn, CFT, TG
