Аннотация

Bioremediation of reactive red dye using five fungal species (Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum, Fusarium oxysporum, Trichoderma harzianum and Sacchromyces cerevisiae) was studied in a shake flask system for 13 days. A. niger (91%) and P. chrysogenum (91%) were efficient decolorizers of red dye followed by F. oxysporum, and T. harzianum (84% and 53% respectively). Decolorization efficiency of P. chrysogenum in fluidized-bed reactor was also carried out, where a maximal 94% removal efficiency was achieved in 28 h for an initial dye concentration of 100mg/L
