Résumé

Supernumerary tooth is a common anomaly most frequently seen in the mixed dentition period. Its presence causes many complications; to avoid this, early diagnosis and its management is recommended. This report discusses a case in which a supernumerary tooth was erupting in an unusual location, high in the palate without causing any malocclusion.
