Abstract

Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome is a rare disorder of cutaneous and visceral venous malformations with no standard treatment. Chronic iron deficiency anemia is common due to gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with intestinal involvement. For the first time in such a patient, we tried thalidomide that reversed her anemia.
