Resumen

"The pleasant and comforting morning of March 1, 2013 was marked by the unusual activity at the gates of Auditorium of National Science Centre, New Delhi. Around 250 delegates from 12 countries (South Africa, Australia, Norway, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Iran, Nepal, Sri Lanka)  and many of the states of India participated in the inaugural ceremony of the 1st International Conference on Occupational & Environmental Health (ICOEH 2013) organized by Occupational Health & Safety Management Consultancy Services and Department of Community Medicine, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. The enthusiasm of this morning was having the hangover of the proceedings of the two simultaneous workshops held on the previous day. The two days of conference were an academic feast for the participants with around 25 invited speeches, more than 50 free papers and around 14 poster presentations."
