Preparation and Characterization of Some of Formazan Derivatives

Resumen

Some formazan derivatives were prepared through reaction of benzaldehyde-phenylhydrazone with selected diazonium salts in alkaline medium in very good yields. The hydrazone were prepared by reaction of phenylhydrazine with benzaldehyde in slightly acidic medium.
