The primary objective behind present study was to investigate the immunomodulatory potential of the ethanolic extract of Onosma bracteatum on cellular and humoral immunity. The ethanolic extract of ariel parts of Onosma bracteatum, was administered orally at a dose of 100mg/kg in mice, which dose-dependently potentiated the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction. It significantly enhanced the production of circulating antibody titre in mice with response to SRBCs (Sheep red blood cells).Downloads
