Abstract

Currently many research organizations are studying on graphene and its structure. The poor dispersion quality of graphene has been reported by many researchers. It is a disadvantage of graphene to improve its dispersion quality carboxylation of graphene is necessary (attaching carbon species on the edges and the basal plane of garphene). It also helps for further attachment. It may reduce the conductivity but it improves the dispersion quality. Carboxylic graphene can also use for the attachment of bio-conjugation. It is a commonly used for research purpose. In this paper, we are functionalized graphene and then graphene oxide is conjugate with anti-BSA (antibody) and characterized by Raman, Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR), and Ultra-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy. Its results are shown with a detailed study of it.
