Effectiveness of An Awareness Program Related to Evidence-based Practices in Nursing on Knowledge and Attitude Among Staff Nurses in a Selected Hospital of Delhi: A Quasi-Experimental Study

Abstract


Evidence-based practice (EBP) is now considered a standard of care and essential to nurses. The current experimental pretest-posttest designed study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of an awareness program on EBP for staff nurses. There was a significant increase in knowledge and attitude scores of 15 staff nurses after the administration of an awareness program on EBP.
