STM Publication does not charge for REGISTRATION, PUBLICATION or ANY OTHER processing fees. Moreover we certify Authors with online certificate for their publication if any.The Authors will also get the hard copy of the certificate at the end of the year along with the hard copy compilation of their article but that will be of very nominal cost to them.
