In short, i) referencing pattern has to be uniform. ii) the name of the journal/ document is to be given in full (not in abbreviated form) and in italics iii). year, vol. no. issue no, and pages is the referencing sequence [these are to be separated by a period '.' , the issue number should be enclosed in circular brackets ‘( )’ and the pages are suffixed by letter 'p.' iv). only first author ( here surname comes first) in cases, where the authorship comprises of more than 2 authors etc.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

  • An author may request for withdrawal of his/her manuscript, within a week period (w.e.f. the date of submission of manuscript in the OJS followed by acknowledgement email). The Author is required to follow instructions in Manuscript Withdrawal policy strictly.
