Dr.B.L.Shivakumar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore., He obtained M.Phil. in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, in 2003 and Master in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, in 1996. He also received Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Co-operative Management (PGDCM) and Bachelor of Library and Information Science from Annamalai University. He has more than 18 years of academic experience in various positions and currently working as Director, Department of Computer Applications in Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. He has 11 years of research experience and has 30 research publications to his credit in reputed journals and conferences. He has successfully guided four research Scholars from leading Universities and presently 6 students are pursuing PhD, under his guidance. He has written 38 articles related to Computer in Tamil daily “Dina Thanthi” in Computer Jallam. He is recipient of Bharat Jyoti award conferred by The India International Friendship Society, New Delhi and NSS Best Programme Officer award by Bharathiar University. His interest includes Computer Forensic Science, Digital Image Processing and Cloud computing. He is a member in a number of Academic Bodies and Professional Societies.

Shih-Ching Yeh received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2004 and 2008 respectively. He served as a Computer Scientist at the Institute for Creative Technologies at USC from 2008 to 2009. Since fall 2009, he has joined National Central University and served as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering. His research interests emphasize employing interactive technologies, virtual reality and biomed-sensing technologies in interdisciplinary research areas such as neuromotor rehabilitation, cognitive training, surgical simulation, digital learning and psychiatric-mental treatments, and utilizing computational intelligence to construct data-driven diagnosis or assessment methods in clinics.
