Dr. Maurizio Palesi is an Associate Professor at Kore University, Italy. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science Engineering from University of Catania, Italy. Dr. Palesi is an Associate Editor of STM Journal Engineering Science Letters, Recent Trends in Parallel Computing, Hindawi Advances in Electrical Engineering, Elsevier Computers and Electrical Engineering Journal, Conference Papers in Engineering, Computer Engineering section, Hindawi VLSI Design Journal, and Computer Science Journals. He has served as Guest Editor for Elsevier Microprocessors and Microsystems: Embedded Hardware Design, IET Computers & Digital Techniques, ACM Transactions on Embedded Computing Systems, Journal of Parallel Computing, and International Journal of High Performance Systems Architecture. Dr. Palesi is member of the European Network of Excellence on High Performance and Embedded Architecture and Compilation (HiPEAC).

Dr. Tirumale Ramesh is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Amrita University, Bangalore Campus. He jointly teaches and conducts research in area of computer science and engineering and electronics and communications. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University, USA in 1993. Then worked as a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Saginaw Valley State University for 14 Years and later as Boeing Corporate Fellow for Advanced Computing in US. He has also held Senior Positions at Lockheed Martin and IBM in US. He is having over 30 Years of Experience in the field of Parallel Computing, Embedded Systems, VLSI and Cyber Security. His Area of Expertise includes: Parallel and Distributed Computing, VLSI, Distributed Embedded Systems and Cyber Hardware Security. He is a senior member of IEEE and has served on IEEE Computer Society Technical and Conference Board, Chapter Activities Board and Industrial Advisory Board. He is the author of over 50 International/IEEE international conference and journal publications, recipient of any US patents, awards, grants, etc.

Zhangisina Gulnur Davletzhanovna is vice-rector of the Science from 26 August 2014 year. candidate of engineering sciences, doctor of pedagogic sciences, professor, honorary educationalist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the International Academy of Informatization, winner of the State grant «The best university teacher» (2005) and State scientific scholarship for scientist and specialists, who made a major contribution to the development of science and engineering (2006-2008), the holder of Gold Medal «European Quality(2014 y.)», Honored Worker of Science and Education of Russia, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization. Zhangissina G.D. -author of 5 monographs, over 20 learning aids and more than 280 scientific publications. She is listed in data base of leading scientists and teachers of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (July, 2005 y.). Zhangisina G.D. has over 70 publications in Europe (Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, CzechRepublic, Spane), in Turkey, USA and CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kyrgyzstan). Under the guidance of Zhangisina G.D. three postgraduate students has successfully defended their theses, one of them took degree of doctor of engineering sciences and two of them took the degree of candidate of engineering sciences (specialty 05.13.15 – Computing machines and systems). She was also a scientific adviser of 5 magistracy students, who have successfully defended their theses and took their master’s degrees on specialty 6М070400 – Computer science and software engineering and 1 Magister get 2- nd degree in information security in St. Petersburg, Institute of mechanics, optics and information technology(2014 y.). In 1992 Zhangisina G.D. she graduated from postgraduate course of Moscow energy university on specialty 05.13.13 – Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks. She is a specialist in the field of parallel computing and informatization of education. Results of her research work were implemented in the leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Germany.

Dr. Bijan Karimi is a Professor, Undergraduate Coordinator (CEN) & Graduate Coordinator (EE) in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the Tagliatela College of Engineering. His Teaching Interests is: Digital Systems, Microprocessors/Microcontrollers, Computer Architecture, Networking, VLSI Design, VHDL, Image Processing. His Research Interests: Digital Logic Testing, Neural Networks, Parallel Processing, Image Processing/Pattern Recognition, Networking, Robot Navigation, and CMOS Circuit Design.

Dr. Ela Kumar is Associate Professor in the School of Information and Communication Technology, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar. She received her Ph. D. (Computer Science and Technology) from University of Delhi, in 2003. Her Topic was: Design and Development of Pronominal Anaphora Resolution System). she is having +20 Years of Experience in the field of Computer Science.

Dr. Rashid Ali is Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Aligarh Muslim University. He obtained his B.Tech. and M.Tech. from A.M.U. Aligarh, India in 1999 and 2001 respectively. He obtained his PhD in Computer Engineering in February 2010 from A.M.U. Aligarh. His PhD work was on performance evaluation of Web Search Engines. He has authored more than 100 papers in various International Journals and International conference proceedings. He has presented papers in many International conferences and has also chaired sessions in few International conferences. He has reviewed articles for some of the reputed International Journals and International conference proceedings. He has supervised 16 M.Tech Dissertation and one PhD Thesis. Currently, he is supervising four PhD candidates. His research interests include Web-Searching, Web-Mining, soft computing (Rough-Set, Artificial Neural Networks, fuzzy logic etc), and Image Retrieval Techniques.
