Maintenance of a healthy environment is a key concern for the world of today. Through this Journal, a light is thrown on major issues related to environment, steps taken to mitigate the misuse of natural resources and the laws framed by the authorities to restore a healthy environment for the present as well as upcoming generations.
Focus:
The JEEL focused on an array of federal statutes governing various areas of the environment, such as air, water, hazardous waste, pesticides, land development, and cleanup of contaminated sites. State and local regulations impact the environment as well.The Journal also gives research knowledge on economic laws relating to FEMA, Arbitration Conciliation, and many more.
